Leaders of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from throughout the world will gather in the Manila Hotel in Manila, Philippines from December 10-13, 2009 for the World Congress of NGOs (www.wango.org/congress). Also participating will be prominent international and national leaders from the intergovernmental, governmental, and for-profit sectors who share an interest in helping NGOs accomplish their vital tasks.

This event also will be held in cooperation with the World Peace Convention, which will take place at the same venue over the same dates, gathering about 1,000 top political, civic, cultural, and interfaith leaders from throughout the world. On December 12, attendees of the World Peace Convention will attend the WANGO events during the day, including WANGO’s prestigious Awards Banquet.

Sponsorships are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Requests and payment must be received by WANGO no later than three (3) weeks prior to the start of the conference. In order to receive all of the entitlements listed, sponsors must provide the appropriate materials (electronic copy of their corporate logo, a fifty-word corporate statement and web site address if applicable). If this information is not received three (3) weeks prior to the conference, sponsors waive their rights to those missed benefits. WANGO is not obligated to issue reminders.

Silver $2,000	Identification of your company as a sponsor in conference Program and display of your logo on appropriate signage at the conference Your organization’s logo, with link to your web site, on the conference web site Your organization sponsorship is recognized in the NGO News, distributed to about 50,000 WANGO members and subscribers, and in the issue of the Beyond Boundaries newsletter reporting on the conference
Gold $5,000	All of the benefits of a Silver Sponsor, plus: Recognition of your organization in any conference proceedings published (traditionally published by Paragon House and distributed to libraries and bookstores globally) One year WANGO organization membership One (1) gratis registration for participant from your organization 6’ conference table for your organization to display and discuss its materials in the Exhibit Hall (used by attendees of both the World Congress of NGOs and the World Peace Convention)
