The Delta Chelsea Toronto is Canada’s largest hotel. It is has 1,590 guest rooms, six restaurants and lounges, two indoor pools (one for adults, one for children that includes downtown Toronto’s only indoor waterslide), a state of the art health and recreation club, and is within walking distance of the city’s best shopping districts (including the Eaton Centre, Canada’s second-largest shopping complex), theatres, attractions, and the world’s tallest building (CN Tower). The conference rate or a single or double room is $129.00 Canadian per night (US$ 113.00), plus taxes (14%). The cost, therefore, for double accommodations would come to US$ 65.00 per night.

Conference participants may organize rooms at other hotels as well, but special rates have not been organized at other facilities.

For a double room, the Delta Chelsea will specify the roommate unless a preference is presented. WANGO members may utilize a special online roommate matching service to help in locating a roommate for the conference. The Delta Chelsea is located approximately 27 kilometers (16 miles) from Pearson International Airport, taking about 30 minutes by car (45 minutes rush hour) . The Airport Express Aeroport bus service also travels between the airport and the Delta Chelsea hotel and the College Subway Station is only one block from the hotel.
