Volunteers
As mentioned earlier, the success of the ZIP program is build largely around volunteers. As such, local and international volunteers, particularly in the field of education and administration, will be sourced from time to time to help in facilitating the training and coaching exercises, bringing expertise and experience to bear on the ZIP. Volunteers are expected to provide support and assistance in many ways, such as time and resources. Again, leaders who are seen as society role models in the various communities will be invited occasionally to mentor the beneficiaries of ZIP.
