ZIP Centres
For the first five years of its operation, ZIP will identify EDAs in three countries in each of the five (5) sub-regions of Africa for the pilot project. Such EDAs, which shall be located in every community as may be identified in each country, will be referred to as ZIP CENTRES with identified codes as shown below:

Administration
To effectively manage, direct the activities and resources of ZIP towards achieving the desired result, it is structured and will be administered in the following organizational pattern.
1. WANGO International Secretariat – New York, USA
Supervises and support the project through advice on regular basis and contact with relevant bodies/agencies for financial and material support.
2. WANGO Africa Regional Office – Nigeria.
Administer the day-to-day activities and affairs of the project, including fundraising drive, project supervision, and approval, as well as oversee all the nations’ offices in Africa.
3. WANGO National Secretariat – Africa Countries
Direct the day-to-day activities and affairs of ZIP in the country receive and approve application for project sites, receive, write and submit quarterly progress reports to the Regional Secretariat, engage in fundraising activities, monitor and evaluate project.
4. State Offices – In all ZIP Countries
Reports directly to the National Secretariat, with similar day-to-day activities, receive and approve applications for project site for onward submission to the National Secretariat. Engage in fundraising and mobilization at local level. |
